JKN Global Group Public Company Limited (SET: JKN) has disclosed a statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand, announcing a postponement of the submission of its 1Q24 consolidated financial statement from an earlier scheduled date on July 31, 2024.
The company stated that as previously informed by JKN, the company is required to postpone the submission of its consolidated and separate financial statements for Q1 2024 from June 28, 2024, to July 31, 2024, due to changes in the auditors and accountants of the company’s foreign subsidiaries, necessitating additional time for such auditors and accountants to review the information.
The company stated that it is necessary to further postpone the submission of the consolidated and separate financial statements until after the Central Bankruptcy Court in the company’s (debtor) business rehabilitation case issues an order appointing the company’s Plan Preparer at the court hearing scheduled for August 7, 2024, at 9:00 AM. This postponement is to ensure that the audit review process is managed under the supervision of the company’s Plan Preparer, ensuring transparency, accuracy, completeness, and benefit to all stakeholders.
