Bondholders of EA248A series, a debenture issued by of Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (SET: EA) that raised THB1,500 million, approved to extend the redemption date from 15 August 2024 to 31 May 2025 with an additional interest of 1.89% on top of the original 3.11%, which would be paid every six months.
The company will convene a bondholder meeting for EA249A series on 14 August 2024, expecting to receive approval from bondholders as well.
