JKN Global Group Public Company Limited (SET: JKN or Debtor) has announced that, today (August 29, 2024), the Central Bankruptcy Court has issued an order appointing JKN Global Group Public Company Limited as the plan preparer in accordance with the Bankruptcy Act B.E. 2483 (1940).
JKN stated that the company is currently awaiting the publication of the order appointing the plan preparer in the Government Gazette as required by law. Subsequently, the plan preparer will proceed to prepare a business rehabilitation plan to be submitted to the official receiver within three months from the date of publication of the order appointing the plan preparer in the Government Gazette, as per Section 90/43 of the Bankruptcy Act B.E. 2483 (1940). This process is expected to be approximately within quarter 1 of 2025.
Additionally, creditors of the company can submit their claims for debt repayment in the business rehabilitation process by filing their claims for debt repayment with the official receiver within one month from the date of publication of the order appointing the plan preparer, as per Section 90/26 of the Bankruptcy Act B.E. 2483 (1940).
