Regarding the news about the disposal of the company’s shares, amounting to 46.64 percent, held in ITD Cementation India Limited to a listed company in India, there is currently no conclusion on this matter. Should the company receive any further information, ITD will promptly notify the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
