On Tuesday at 10:40 AM (Bangkok time), the share price of True Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: TRUE) jumped by 3.42% or THB 0.40 to THB 12.10, with a trading value of THB 316.40 million.
Maybank Securities (Thailand) stated that TRUE exhibits stronger appeal compared to ADVANC, given its more favorable valuation, while the analyst is also poised to revise TRUE’s profit estimates for 2024-25, following indications of improved performance after the company returned to profitability in the second quarter of 2024.
Additionally, TRUE also benefited from BOT’s decision to cut interest rates in terms of financial costs and interest expenses, which would support the company’s performance during the fourth quarter of 2024 and onwards.
