Advance Info Services Public Company Limited (SET: ADVANC) announced today that Warner Bros. Discovery’s streaming service Max will be available to AIS subscribers in Thailand from November 19, 2024. This move reinforces AIS’ position as the OTT HUB and center for watching the most diverse leading entertainment content from Thailand and around the world on the No.1 Network in Thailand. Max will be a brand new streaming experience in the region bringing fans blockbuster movies, groundbreaking series, iconic hits, engaging real-life content and family favorites from beloved brands like HBO, the DC Universe, Harry Potter, Max Originals, Cartoon Network, and the best of Hollywood movies, as well as can’t miss programming from Discovery, AFN and more, all in one place.
Starting November 19, 2024, AIS customers’ HBO GO entitlement will become a Max Standard entitlement. Customers can enjoy an elevated streaming experience on Max with an easy to navigate interface including personalized recommendations, seamless search, genre rails and brand hubs. The Max Standard entitlement will also support simultaneous streaming on two devices at once and allow viewing on multiple devices, including TVs. In addition, customers can save up to 30 downloads to watch on the go.
Current AIS mobile and AIS 3BB Fibre3 Fixed-Broadband customers with HBO GO, PLAY PREMIUM PLUS, or PLAY XL packages can continue to stream content and access the 5 premium channels – HBO, HBO Signature, HBO HITS, HBO Family, and Cinemax – via AIS PLAY, AIS PLAYBOX, and 3BB GIGATV as usual.
