SCGD reported a net profit of Baht 188.99 million, showing a decrease of Baht 39.16 million or 17.18% compared to the same period of 2023.

Total revenue for the third quarter of 2024 was Baht 6,365 million, a decrease of Baht 995 million or 14% compared to the same period of 2023.

Sales revenue during the quarter stood at 6,235 million Baht, a decline of 13% compared to the same period last year and a 5% decrease from the previous quarter. The primary reason for this decline was the continued slowdown in purchasing power both domestically and internationally. In Thailand, high household debt and elevated levels of housing inventory contributed to weak demand. Additionally, the flooding in Thailand and Vietnam further impacted the Company’s sales performance.

In 3Q24, the Company’s EBITDA stood at 766 million Baht, reflecting a 13% and a 16% decrease from the same period last year and the previous quarter respectively.

For the first nine months of 2024, despite facing economic challenges and natural disasters both domestically and internationally, the Company reported a revenue of 19,585 million Baht, which represented a 9% decrease compared to the same period last year.
