Samart Telcoms Public Company Limited (SET: SAMTEL) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the “SSS Consortium”, consisting of the Company and Silverlake Structured Services Company Limited, received a letter on October 29, 2024, requesting the “SSS Consortium” to prepare the necessary documents within 7 days for signing contracts for the procurement project, including the upgrade, maintenance, and repair services for the GHB System from the Government Housing Bank.
The total project value is 1,956 million baht (including VAT), of which the Company’s portion amounts to 1,539.54 million baht (including VAT). The scope of work for the project includes the upgrade, maintenance, and repair of the GHB System (both hardware and software), with further details to be outlined in the contract.
The contract signing between the “SSS Consortium” and the Government Housing Bank will take place as scheduled by the bank.
