Mr. Yew Hock Koh, CEO of SISB Public Company Limited (SET: SISB), has revealed to “Kaohoon” that the overall performance of 3Q24 should be in line with earlier estimates for positive results.
The driver should be attributable to an increasing amount of students both Thai and foreigners enrolling to the school, with the first semester (August 2024) of the academic year 2024/25 saw more than 300 enrollees, totaling to more than 4,500 student compared to the end of 2023 where there were 4,197 student in SISB schools.
Earlier in the year, SISB set its target for a total of 4,600 students by the end of 2024.
The schedule for the next board meeting regarding next quarter’s budget will be on 14 November 2024.
Meanwhile, 4Q24 performance is expected to outperform the same period last year and the previous quarter, with a full revenue recognition from tuition fees and other activity fees. The CEO is confident that 2024 revenue will grow 20% from last year, which recorded a total revenue of THB 1.9 billion.
Additionally, the three-year plan (2024-2026) of SISB is to increase the student compound annual growth rate to at least 400 students per year, or 4,600, 5,000, and 5,400 students, respectively.
Anyway, SISB currently has six campuses in Thailand, including Pracha Uthit, Suvarnabhumi, Thonburi, and Chiang Mai in northern Thailand, and two new campuses in Nonthaburi and Rayong. The school will use Holistic Education to ensure the best education for its students from nursery through high school.
