Noble Development Public Company Limited (SET: NOBLE) announced the “NUE Epic Asok-Rama 9” project, a 4-tower condominium complex 500 meters away from Rama 9 MRT station in Din Daeng district.
The complex would have a total land area of 15.0-19.6 rai, which consists of four residential towers, with A and B towers 47 stories each, while B and C towers are 34 stories each. The project would result in a total of 3,107 residential units and 9 commercial units and approximately 1,400 parking lots (45% of the complex total area).
There are seven types of residential units as follows:

- 1 Bedroom (L): 30.00 – 30.50 Sq.m.

- 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom: 70.20 Sq.m.
- 3 Bedroom: 83.00 – 100.80 Sq.m
