Precious Shipping Public Company Limited (SET: PSL), referring to the previous disclosure on 23 July 2024 regarding the acquisition of four second-hand bulk carriers. The company notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on 30 October 2024, the company’s wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary, Precious Hibiscus Pte. Ltd., has taken delivery of the third of these four vessels. The vessel is named “M.V. Nisa Naree” (ex-Western Lima) and is registered in Singapore.
With the delivery of the above vessel, the company’s fleet now comprises 40 vessels.
