Ananda Acquires Green Zone Development with THB 57 Million to Develop Ultra-Luxury Project

Ananda Development Public Company Limited (SET: ANAN) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the Board of Directors meeting No. 14/2024 on 28 November 2024, resolved to approve the acquisition of all ordinary shares in Green Zone Development Co., Ltd., comprising 20,000 shares with a par value of THB 100 per share, by Apeiron Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company.

The shares will be purchased from Green Bay Holdings Co., Ltd., which has no relationship with the company or its subsidiaries, at a price of THB 2,897.53 per share, totalling THB 57,950,434.84, representing 100% shareholding.

The purpose of this investment is to develop an Ultra-Luxury Project. The acquisition will be financed through the company’s working capital and borrowings from financial institutions and the unrelated persons.

After completion of the transaction, Green Zone Development Co., Ltd. and Pinnacle Living Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary company of Green Zone Development Co., Ltd., will become subsidiary companies of Apeiron Estate Co., Ltd.
