Sansiri Public Company Limited (SET: SIRI) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on 3 December 2024, the Company has made an investment in the ratio of 55 percent, by incorporating the 2 new joint venture companies as follows:
SIRI-MF ONE CO., LTD., a property development business, which was incorporated on 3 December 2024 with an initial capital of THB 50 million divided into 500,000 ordinary shares, and Sansiri and Mitsui Fudosan Asia Development (Thailand) Company Limited would held 55% and 45% of the shares respectively.
SIRI-MF TWO CO., LTD., a property development business, which was incorporated on 3 December 2024 with an initial capital of THB 50 million divided into 500,000 ordinary shares, and Sansiri and Mitsui Fudosan Asia Development (Thailand) Company Limited would held 55% and 45% of the shares respectively.
