Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (SET: GULF) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on December 4, 2024, GSA Data Center Company Limited (GSA DC), a joint venture in which the Company indirectly holds a 40% equity stake through Gulf Edge Company Limited (Gulf Edge), entered into a master agreement with Siam AI Corporation Company Limited (Siam AI) for the provision of data center services.
Siam AI is Thailand’s first company to partner with NVIDIA Corporation, a global leader in GPU and AI technology, under the NVIDIA Cloud Partner program. This collaboration aims to advance AI adoption in Thailand and drive digital transformation through innovative AI Cloud Solutions.
Additionally, Gulf Edge, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, is preparing to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Siam AI to develop infrastructure and AI solutions in industries related to the company’s business operations, including energy, infrastructure, digital services and telecommunications.
The collaboration will focus on applying AI in areas such as predictive maintenance, operational optimization, hyper-personalization and enhanced customer services.
This partnership represents a milestone in advancing Thailand’s digital infrastructure while driving sustainable economic growth.
