Sansiri Public Company Limited (SET: SIRI) Thailand’s leading real estate developer, has announced its solid partnership with Mitsui Fudosan Asia Development (Thailand) Company Limited, a subsidiary of Japan’s major real estate developer.
The two giants have decided to form a joint venture for the development of at least two residential projects – Burasiri Chatuchote, a prominent part of the 184-rai Chatuchote Community, and Narasiri Bang Na KM.10, a gem of the 156-rai Sansiri 10 East luxury community in Bang Na zone.
The two communities are now under development based on the Sansiri Community model, which seeks to ensure every of its residential projects has a complete community for its residents’ sustainable living and wellbeing.
