Precise Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: PCC) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Precise System and Project Co., Ltd., a subsidiary which the Company holds 99.96% of its shares, has signed a contract for the procurement of TOU Meter with RS232 port, 50(150) A, 230/400 V 3 Phase 4 Wire 3,300 sets by Selection Method with the Metropolitan Electricity Authority on 9th December 2024.
The contract value is 19,773,600.00 baht (VAT included) and the period of delivery is 2 lots within 180 days from the date of signing the agreement. The revenue recognition is to be completed and delivered at the contract terms.
