BlueVenture Group Public Company Limited (mai: BVG) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the Board of Directors meeting No.6/2024, held on December 16, 2024 passed the resolution to approve the joint investment with Ditto (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET: DITTO), Sitem Corporation Company Limited and Netbay Public Company Limited (mai: NETBAY) by registering as a new legal entity (Joint Company) with registered capital of 10,000,000 Baht to operate in Garage Lending business and/or other businesses according to the agreement by utilizing innovation and technology derived from the expertise of the member companies.
