Origin Property Public Company Limited (SET: ORI), has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that:
- The company has approved its Subsidiary to enter into the joint venture agreement with the following details:
- ORI has approved Origin Vertical Corporation CO.,Ltd., (Origin Vertical), a subsidiary of the company (ORI owns 100% of all shares), entering into the joint venture agreement with Green View Village Ao Nang Co., Ltd., (Green View), to establish Origin Condominium SPV 1 Co., Ltd., and engaged in real estate development of vertical property (condominium) with Origin Vertical owning 51% of the company and Greenview owning 41% of the company.
- ORI has approved Origin Nationwide Company Limited (Origin Nationwide), a subsidiary of the Company (the Company owns 100% of all shares, entering into the joint venture agreement with Mrs. Kiranuch Sukhasvasti, to establish Origin Condo Centre Phuket 2 Co., Ltd., and engaged in real estate development of vertical property (condominium) with both parties owning 50% of the company each.
- ORI has approved Origin Vertical to enter into the share purchase of Origin Bang Bamru Station CO., Ltd., the Joint Venture Company according to the Joint Venture Agreement dated 28 December 2024, from Iris Property 2 Company Limited (Iris Property 2), who is not the connected person of the company and its subsidiaries, for 8,820,000 shares (eight million eight hundred twenty thousand shares) or 49% of total shares, Origin Vertical now own 99% of Origin Bang Namru.
