Absolute Clean Energy Public Company Limited (SET: ACE) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that five projects of ground mounted solar power plants with a total power purchase agreement (PPA) capacity of 35.40 MW which are operated by the company’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries and their PPAs with Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) schedule the commercial operation date (COD) to be within 2024, have already achieved their COD. The details are as follows:
- One project from Absolute Clean Water Co., Ltd., with a total PPA capacity of 10.00 MW and COD on 23 December 2024.
- One project from Renewable Energy (Northeast) Co., Ltd., with a total PPA capacity of 4.51 MW and COD on 24 December 2024.
- One project from Phitsanulok Community Power Plant Co., Ltd., with a total PPA capacity of 8.00 MW and COD on 24 December 2024.
- Two projects from Renewable Energy Siam Co., Ltd., with a total PPA capacity of 12.89 MW and COD on 25 December 2024.
Currently, the company has 89 power plant projects inclusive of the abovementioned ground-mounted solar power plants with total installed capacity of 726.15 MW which are comprising of 34 already-COD projects with total installed capacity of 349.21 MW and 55 under-development projects with total installed capacity of 376.94 MW.
