Britania Public Company Limited (SET: BRI) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company entered into the joint venture agreement with Sotetsu Real Estate (Thailand) Co., Ltd., (SOTETSU) to establish Belgravia Ratchaphruek Nakhon In Co., Ltd.
Belgravia Ratchaphruek Nakhon In Co., Ltd., is a company focusing on real estate development of horizontal residential property. The new joint venture would have registered capital of THB 424,000,000 divided into 42,400,000 ordinary shares, of which BRI holds 51% and SOTETSU own 49% of the shares respectively.
In addition, the signing of the Joint Venture Agreement and the shareholding restructuring was completed on 25 December 2024. The registration with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce for change of directors and other relevant details was completed on 26 December 2024.
