CL Venture Public Company Limited (mai: KOOL) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand of a fire incident in the partial areas of rental products warehouse of the Masterkool International CL Limited which is a subsidiary of the Company located at 795 Pracharat Sai 1 rd. Bang Sue, Bang Sue, Bangkok,10800 around 10.30 a.m. on 18 January 2025, without causing any injury or fatality.
The fire incident affected only some rental products, without being of any importance, which the company has already solved by providing products, tools and equipment to replace damaged parts without any impact on the service work.
However, the company also has insurance covering damage to property and products with an insurance company, which has an insurance coverage limit for such damage.
