PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (SET: OR) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company Board of Directors, at meeting No. 2/2568 on February 11, 2025, passed the resolution to establish a new subsidiary, which is held 100% stake by Modulus Venture Company Limited (Modulus), a wholly-owned subsidiary of OR, with an initial registered capital amount of THB 1,000,000.
The objectives of the subsidiary are to operate businesses and invest in activities related to food and beverage in order to enhance competitiveness and align with the strategy to create growth in the Lifestyle business in the future.
