Sky ICT Public Company Limited (SET: SKY) has disclosed information through the Stock Exchange of Thailand, stating that the company has joined with Pro Inside Public Company Limited (mai: PIS), a subsidiary, to establish the SP Consortium, for the purpose of jointly submit a bidding for the Thailand’s central healthcare cloud system project to National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT).
SP Consortium has signed a contract for Thailand’s central healthcare cloud system project with NT on February 13, 2025, with a total project value of 992,300,000 Baht. The project aims to support the development of Thailand’s central healthcare cloud system, activity 1, which focuses on the development of a nationwide health data exchange management system. The project will be delivered within 180 days after the signing date.
According to the SP Consortium Agreement, the scope of joint responsibility for the project between the company and PIS at the ratios of 51 and 49 percent respectively. The company is Consortium Leader who will mainly lead the project.The SP Consortium has an obligation to implement the project within the specified timeline. If the project has any defect, NT has the right to find the SP Consortium until the project implementation is complete.
