Benyapa Chalermwat, CEO of Pro Inside Public Company Limited (mai: PIS), provider of all-in-one ICT Solutions, revealed that the SP Consortium between the company and Sky ICT Public Company Limited (SET: SKY), which has its responsibility divided into 49% for PIS and 51% for SKY, has signed a contract for Thailand’s central healthcare cloud system project with the National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT) for THB 992 million (VAT included) on 13 February 2025.
The first phase of the healthcare cloud system project will consist of developing a nationwide health information-sharing system. The contract has a period of 180 days after the signing date.
A central healthcare cloud system is the utilization of a centralized digital technology to connect digital healthcare systems, where citizens’ health information can be seamlessly, safely, and efficiently shared between health institutions.
The development of the cloud system follows the Ministry of Public Health’s eHealth Strategy, which will bring Thailand to the Health 4.0 goal, increasing accessibility and efficiency to healthcare for Thai people.
Healthcare services can connect and share data for diagnosing and planning for medication, improving efficiency in transferring emergency patients, supporting telemedicine services, and decreasing congestion in hospitals. The cloud system will uplift Thailand’s healthcare into a global standard, while also allowing its citizens to access their personal health information with ease.
Benyapa remarked that this contract has reinforced the state’s enterprise and the government’s trust in PIS as an all-in-one ICT Solution provider.
The CEO also added that after the funding through IPO in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), the company now has enough capital to submit a larger government bid and boost its future growth. After receiving the NT contract, PIS has around THB 3 billion worth of backlog, and the company is also bidding and waiting for bidding results for many projects, which will bolster the revenue in the next 1-3 years, with 2025 expect at least 15% growth according to the company’s target.
Previously, the PTNPI Consortium between PIS and PORTALNET Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Samart Telcoms Public Company Limited (SET: SAMTEL), has signed a contract with the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) for the maintenance of computer software in the main business, and the integration of the related system. The project has a contract value of THB 1.5 billion (VAT included) with PIS taking 46% of the earnings and PORTALNET taking 54%. The project will begin its operation in April 2025 for 24 months, with revenue recognition for PIS beginning immediately.
