Amata VN Public Company Limited (SET: AMATAV) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company has subscribe newly issued capital contribution of Amata B.Grimm Power Vietnam Company Limited (ABPVN), which operates the rooftop solar business in Vietnam and a 100% subsidiary of Amata B.Grimm Power Limited (ABP), which is a joint venture company between Amata Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: AMATA) and B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (SET: BGRIM).
In this regard, ABPVN has increased its registered capital amounting to VND 25,621,933,333 (equivalent to approximately THB 33.817 million) and ABP waived its right to subscribe all newly issued capital to the company, resulting in a shareholding ratio of the Company in ABPVN equals to 25% of ABPVN’s registered capital.
