Chuwit Jungtanasomboon, CEO of North East Rubber Public Company Limited (SET: NER), the world’s leading rubber producer, revealed the company’s 2024 performance with 439,179 tonnes of sales volume. The company recorded total revenue of THB 27,448.33 million and THB 1,652 million net profit.
Additionally, the company also plans to pay a dividend for FY2024 at THB 0.36 per share, culminating into THB 665.20 or 40.26% of net profit (excluding reserve fund) worth of dividend paid. Barring the paid dividends in 1H24, which were paid at THB 0.5 per share to THB 92.39 million on 6 September 2024, the remaining dividend for FY2024 will be THB 0.31 per share, or a total of THB 572.81 million.
The Dividend will be paid only using profits from investment, and it will be paid on 9 November 2025. However, the matter will have to be discussed in the next shareholder meeting.
In 2025, NER set a sales target for 500,000 tonnes, which will net around THB 34,000 million or 24% growth for the company, said Chuwit.
