JMT and SINGER Shares Surge amid Major Investment from Prominent Investor

On Tuesday at 10:58 AM (Bangkok time), the share price of JMT Network Services Public Company Limited (SET: JMT) surged by 6.56% or THB 0.80 to THB 13.00, with a trading value of THB 179.92 million.

Singer Thailand Public Company Limited (SET: SINGER) increased by 8.93% or THB 0.50 to THB 6.10, with a trading value of THB 36.61 million.

 

The rise in share prices of JMT and SINGER came following the news regarding Mr. Sataporn Ngamruengphong, a prominent investor in the Thai stock market, having emerged as one of the major shareholders of both companies.

The shareholder of JMT saw changes as of February 26, 2025, with Mr. Sataporn Ngamruengphong acquiring the position of the second-largest shareholder, holding 4.44% of JMT shares. This places him just after Jaymart Group Holdings Public Company Limited (SET: JMART), which remains the largest shareholder with a 52.08% stake in JMT.

In the similar context for SINGER, Mr. Sataporn holds the fourth position among major shareholders, owning 1.91% of the shares. The leading shareholders are JMART with a 25.20% stake and Rabbit Holdings Public Company Limited (SET: RABBIT) with 23.75%.
