RATCH Group Public Company Limited (SET: RATCH) has notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Sekong Investment Advisory Co., Ltd. (SIA) (a subsidiary in whose the Company held a 60 percent of shares) has successfully supported the investment in Xekong 4A and 4B Hydroelectric Power Projects according to its objective and has already registered its dissolution on 5 March 2025. Such dissolution does not affect the company’s operations by any means.
RATCH Group has established SIA to support the investment of the Xekong 4A and 4B Hydroelectric Power Projects with an installed capacity of 355 megawatts in Lao PDR on 8 July 2022, the company subsequently established Xekong 4 Power Co., Ltd. (XK4) (a subsidiary in whose the company held a 60 percent of shares) on 7 December 2023 to develop and operate the Project. Additionally, XK4 signed a Power Purchase Agreement with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand on 25 December 2023.
