JPARK Targets Aggressive Expansion in Parking Services and Management

Mr. Santipol Jenwattanaphaisarn, the board’s vice chairman and the CEO of Jenkongklai Public Company Limited (mai: JPARK), shared with ‘Kaohoon’ that the company is focusing on substantial growth, driven by three primary business segments: Parking Service (PS), Parking Management Service (PMS), Consultancy and Installation of Parking Management Systems (CIPS). These efforts concentrate on high-potential locations alone.

Currently, JPARK is exploring multiple parking building projects and negotiating management deals for various sites. One highlighted initiative involves negotiations to close a deal for managing a large parking facility with over 3,000 spaces, expected to be finalized by Q2 of 2025. This facility is located in the Bangkok metropolitan area, though specific location details remain confidential for now.

For Q1 2025, JPARK anticipates significantly improved performance compared to the same period last year and the preceding quarter. This expectation is due to an expanded parking base and recognizing full-year revenue from new spaces developed in 2024, alongside continued robust returns from existing spaces.

The company’s growth strategy revolves around selecting strategic locations like airports, hospitals, office buildings, markets, educational institutions, government units, museums, and public parks. New projects by JPARK also benefit from stable income generated through commercial space leasing, enhancing their portfolio.

For 2025, JPARK aims for a 30-40% increase in total revenue over the previous year, which recorded a historic high of 670 million baht for four consecutive years. The company’s strategic push involves expanding parking spaces by each quarter, targeting 50,000 spaces by the end of 2025 from 42,000 at the end of 2024, surpassing their goal of 40,000 spaces set for that year.

Moreover, JPARK is innovating with advanced technology and new services, including applications and enhanced security through automatic vehicle license plate recognition systems. The company is also expanding facilities for electric vehicle (EV) parking to enhance user convenience and increase profitability.
