AssetWise Public Company Limited (SET: ASW) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand and assures all stakeholders that the Company has taken immediate action to assess the safety of its residential buildings, following the recent earthquake in Myanmar, which caused tremors felt in Bangkok and several provinces in Thailand on Friday, March 28, 2025.
ASW’s team of engineers and experts promptly conducted thorough inspections across all projects. ASW currently has a total of 50 completed condominium projects, consisting of 45 low-rise and 5 high-rise developments, totaling 118 buildings, along with 6 low-rise housing projects.
The inspections confirmed that all of the company’s projects remain structurally strong and safe, complying with engineering standards, the Building Control Act of 2007, and the earthquake-resistant building design standards set by the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning (1301/1302). As a result, residents have been cleared to continue their stay as usual.
Additionally, the company is conducting in-depth architectural assessments across all projects to ensure the highest level of safety for its residents.
ASW remains committed to upholding strict construction standards, continuous monitoring, and safety protocols. In response to this event, the company has also implemented four immediate measures to support its residents, covering inspections, insurance claims, and room repairs.
