Regarding the earthquake on March 28, 2025, Siamese Asset Public Company Limited (SET: SA) and its subsidiaries informed all shareholders, investors, customers and stakeholders that the company has conducted thorough inspections of all buildings and projects, high-rise, low-rise and housing, including completed and under construction, by SA’s team of engineers who are experts in structural engineering, civil engineering, and mechanical/electrical/piping (MEP) engineering.
The inspection results are summarized as there was some chipping and cracking of plaster and tiles. Some ceilings and doors have detached from their anchors, resulting from vibration. Some passenger lifts are in use only after passing safety inspections. Some cracks were found that did not affect the building structure.
All of the Company’s projects are designed and constructed per engineering standards and strictly comply with relevant laws, including construction that prevents the impact of earthquakes. These align with SA’s mission and business policy in developing real estate projects that emphasize the quality of every project to deliver “ASSET OF LIFE” to every customer.
SA also informed that it places the highest importance on the safety of customers and residents. The company will continuously inspect construction work and various systems.
In addition, SA plans to repair and rectify the damage and has started taking systematic action to ensure customers’ confidence and satisfaction.
