According to the earthquake incident in Myanmar, which caused tremors felt in Bangkok and several provinces in Thailand on 28 March 2025, Ananda Development Public Company Limited (SET: ANAN) notified the public that the company has deployed a team of high rise building engineers to conduct thorough and meticulous inspections of the structural integrity of the buildings within ANAN’s various projects, totalling 95 projects, comprising of 69 condominium projects and 26 housing projects. Presently, all inspections have been completed to ensure the utmost safety of all residents.
The inspection results as of 1 April 2025 indicate that the structural integrity of all projects is stable, robust, and safe. The construction complies with engineering standards, building control laws, and earthquake prevention regulations. However, there are some minor damages being observed in certain architectural elements and decorative works, such as ceilings, walls, or surface finishes, which may have been affected by the vibrations.
The company has dispatched teams to conduct further inspections and coordinated with the relevant property management teams to promptly execute necessary repairs and improvements. These efforts are covered under the Industrial All Risks (IAR) Insurance Policy, which has been arranged by the condominium juristic person to provide protection for residential units and common property.
