KH Academy recently hosted a closing ceremony for its third “Prep for Investment Analyst” course, aimed at preparing participants for careers as securities analysts. The event included the awarding of certificates and a 50,000 baht scholarship to the winning team from a workshop on investment analysis plans. Executives praised the youth’s potential to grow into quality human resources for Thailand’s capital market.
On March 31, 2025, KH Academy concluded its course with a ceremony attended by Mr. Chanchai Sanguanwong, Director of Kaohoon Turakij Daily Newspaper. Certificates were awarded to second to fourth-year students from eight educational institutions, including Chulalongkorn University, Thammasat University, Kasetsart University, Srinakharinwirot University, Silpakorn University, Ramkhamhaeng University, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and Stamford International University. Personnel from securities firms Bualuang Securities and Finansia Syrus Securities who completed the course were also recognized, totaling 47 participants. Mr. Chanchai commended the young talents for their readiness to become key contributors to the future of Thailand’s capital market.
The highlight of the ceremony was the announcement of the winners of the investment analysis plan competition, held during the workshop. The contest, which awarded a 50,000 baht scholarship, included eight teams (A-H), with Team A emerging victorious. The team comprised Supalerk Asavapaiboon from Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, Thiraphat Saeli from Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University, Suphawadee Saowong from Faculty of Business Administration, Stamford International University, Thanthida Sukhapunnaphan from Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Thammasat University, Korranit Dacharach from Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University, and Apisit Amnatwong from Faculty of Business Administration, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. The award was presented by Mr. Nitiwath Thipakkarayod, Director of Innovation at Bangkok Dec-Con Public Company Limited (BKD).
Additionally, in the Analyst Influencer Competition, organized by KH Academy to foster companionship and skill development among students, a prize of 5,000 baht was awarded by Thongwat Jittrapart, KH Academy Consultant, to the winning team.
The third “Prep for Investment Analyst” course, supported by the Thailand Capital Market Development Fund (CMDF), ran from January 25 to March 31, 2025, consisting of 11 sessions. KH Academy collaborated with leading securities firms, such as CGS International Securities, Bualuang Securities, Krungsri Securities, and Liberator Securities, providing expert lecturers to impart knowledge and experience to students throughout the course.
KH Academy was established to continue the mission of “Kaohoon Turakij” in nurturing young university students towards careers in finance and investment without any charges.
