Teka Construction Public Company Limited (SET: TEKA) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company has announced a new construction project award with SIRIPAT TEN Co., Ltd. (Subsidiary of SANSIRI PCL (SET:SIRI)), The company has a backlog approximately THB 3,172.5 million. (The specified amount has not yet deducted revenue for the first quarter of 2025 due to the financial close process.)
The project, SKV51, is a 22-storey condominium and 3 basement floors, in which TEKA would be working on Pile work, Structural engineering and architectural. The contract has a total value of THB 379,500,000 (include vat), and set to complete in 31 month (construction will begin on May 2025)
