In contrast, the Bangkok Metropolitan Region experienced a 19% decline in mobile users, reflecting the mass migration of people returning to their hometowns.
The top five provinces with the highest user growth were Buriram, Ubon Ratchathani, Sisaket, Surin, and Kanchanaburi.
