Index Living Mall Public Company Limited (SET: ILM) informed the Stock Exchanges of Thailand that the company has completed the sale of its shares in Bulk Bulk Company Limited, a joint venture company.
ILM sold its entire 2,549,999 ordinary shares, representing 51% of the total shares, to Flash Express Company Limited on March 31. Since its selling price is THB 3.32 per share, the total price Flash Express paid is THB 8.465 million.
The registered capital of Bulk Bulk is THB 50 million, divided into 5 million ordinary shares at a par value of THB 10 per share. As for the paid-up capital, it is THB 35 million, with a paid-up value of THB 7 per share.
In May 2023, the Company formed a joint venture with Flash Express Company Limited to establish the brand “BULK BULK” as a comprehensive transportation service provider that offers furniture and large goods assembly and installation on an E-Commerce platform to expand its customer base from transportation to assembly and installation by professional teams.
