Thailand’s cabinet reshuffle could be within days as there are some movements in big names that were previously expected to be the candidate to take a seat in the government’s operating team.
The latest development came this morning after the profile of Mr. Pichai Chunhavajira was removed from Chairman of the Board of the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
A few hours later, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries published an announcement through the Thai stock exchange, announcing the resignation of Pichai Chunhavajira from the Board of Directors of the company, including Bangchak Corp., BCPG and BBGI.
Pichai Chunhavajira is expected to take the position of Deputy Prime Minister as well as the Minister of Finance that is currently held by the Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin himself.
