FWD Life Insurance Plc. (“FWD Insurance”), led by a dedicated team of 30 volunteers, has partnered with the Junior Achievement Thailand Foundation (JA Thailand) to deliver a financial education workshop as part of the JA SparktheDream project. This collaborative effort reached out to 80 elementary school students at Mahaweeranuwat School, situated in Talad Noi, Samphanthawong, Bangkok. The primary objective was to equip students with essential financial knowledge, social skills, and life skills, enabling them to grasp financial concepts and make informed financial decisions that would lead to greater financial stability for both them and their families.
The JA SparktheDream project comprised three core lessons: Lesson 1) Income generation, saving strategies, and managing expenses; Lesson 2) Financial planning and tracking income and expenditures; Lesson 3) Cultivating inspiration and achieving financial stability through experiential learning, interactive games, and diverse activities. These activities were designed with content that is easy to understand and directly applicable to real-life situations.
