Country Group has invested THB500 million in the establishment of “PI VENTURES” amid rapid growth in the digital asset market. This is a huge step forward for the company in the digital era.
Country Group Holdings Public Company Limited (SET: CGH) announced that the Board of Directors’ Meeting held on 13 January 2022 has resolved to approve the establishment of a new subsidiary namely Pi Ventures Company Limited, which will be incorporated in January 2022.
The objective of this investment is to invest in potential business or digital technology to achieve the company objective and focus on sustainability growth, in which CGH will hold 99.99% of the total shares of Pi Ventures.
