AP Continues to Expand Its Nationwide Presence with 11 New Low-Rise Projects Valued THB9,590 Million

Mr. Ratchayud Nunthachotsophol, Chief Business Group, Single Detached Home, and Mr. Maytha Rakthum, Chief Business Group, Townhome, AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET: AP), revealed that in response to the company’s overall business direction set for 2022 to be AP’s breakthrough year, the low-rise product group comprising single detached homes, townhomes and duplexes is ready to play its part in driving the company’s principal mission to empower living by offering homebuyers great life of their choice. In the first quarter, the company’s low-rise product group will launch a total of 11 projects worth Bht 9,590 million as it builds on last year’s achievement with 4 all-new single detached home projects that come with the best spaces under CENTRO brand and 7 new townhomes representing 7 new models that will reshape they people live in townhomes. The company will have a same-time presale event for all the 11 projects on 26 – 27 March when special discounts and other additional benefits are available for homebuyers.

 

“In 2022, our Townhome Business Group plans to launch 20 home models under 6 quality townhome brands. In the first quarter, we will initially launch 7 new home models in 7 new projects worth Bht 4,470 million. They will be all-new developments with all-new architecture and interior spaces as we seek to unlock traditional townhome living experiences.
