Sansiri Public Company Limited (SET: SIRI) has announced that NED Management Co., Ltd. and Arnawat Limited, the subsidiaries wholly owned 100% by SIRI have entered into the disposal of assets and the rights relating to the business of Satit Pattana School to The Best Education Co., Ltd. under the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting held on 21 March 2023 for the total value of 1,210 million baht.
The company stated that the seller and the buyer have no relationship and are not categorized as the connected person.
The disposal includes the assets and the rights relating to the business of Satit Pattana School, which includes all the land and buildings on which the school is located, together with the school business license to the buyer.
